I have a Maxtor Shared Storage Plus external hard drive with network users set up. It was working fine until I upgraded to Windows 10.
Now the other users are not being recognized. Can only access external drive using admin account. Is this a known problem? Is there a new version of the software available to manage the Maxtor SS Plus? It currently shows "Firmware 2.4.2".

When the upgrade took place, Windows should have informed you about issues with the application. The problem might be related to compatibility with Windows 10 for Matrix Shared Storage. With the software installed, access the link posted below and then download the update for the Windows version of the software.
